Welcome! I’m Jen DeMarco, a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people just like you feel confident and beautiful at every stage of life. With over six years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center Operating Room and extensive training in integrative and evidence-based homeopathic and lifestyle medicine, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and empathy to my Medspa practice. My goal with JLUXE Aesthetics is to offer my clients comprehensive treatments that not only enhance their natural beauty so they can look their best, but also improve their overall well-being so they can feel their best too.
My path to JLUXE started with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, where I built a strong foundation in clinical care. I then earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University, specializing in Family Practice. Case’s forward-thinking curriculum and reputation for medical innovation deepened my commitment to delivering exceptional care.
I spent several years in the high-pressure setting of the operating room before transitioning into primary care, where I began focusing on integrative medicine. This shift allowed me to approach patient care more holistically — blending traditional and alternative approaches to support whole-body wellness.
To further support my patients, I became a certified hormone specialist through the BHRT Academy, where I trained under hormone expert Deborah Matthews. This advanced education continues to shape the way I care for my patients — with an emphasis on balance, longevity, and evidence-based results.

Jennifer DeMarco, FNP-C, MSN is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and the owner of JLUXE Aesthetics, where she leads with a blend of clinical expertise, integrative philosophy, and personalized care.
DeMarco earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice from Case Western Reserve University, a nationally recognized institution known for its innovation in medical education.
She began her career in the operating room before transitioning into primary care, where she developed a strong focus on integrative and preventative medicine. Her passion for addressing root causes and treating the whole patient shaped the foundation of JLUXE — a practice centered on helping clients feel their best from the inside out.
As a certified hormone specialist through the BHRT Academy, DeMarco trained under hormone expert Deborah Matthews, gaining advanced expertise in hormone balancing and functional wellness. This allows her to support patients with a deeper, more individualized approach to care.

Christina Palmer, RN, BSN is a registered nurse with over eight years of clinical and leadership experience in the medical field. She currently serves as the Clinical Aesthetics Director at JLUXE Aesthetics, where she combines her extensive patient care background with a strong focus on team development, business growth, and aesthetic excellence.
Palmer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began her career at Cleveland Clinic, one of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals, where she held a leadership role overseeing clinical operations and nursing staff. Her tenure at Cleveland Clinic allowed her to cultivate a deep expertise in patient-centered care, operational strategy, and relationship building within high-performing medical teams.
In recognition of her outstanding leadership and contributions to healthcare, Palmer received the Pinnacle Award, a testament to her commitment to excellence and innovation in clinical practice.
At JLUXE Aesthetics, Palmer is known not only for her professional achievements but also for her approachable, warm demeanor and genuine passion for helping others feel their best. Her ability to lead with empathy while delivering measurable results makes her an integral part of JLUXE’s mission and future.
Donato J. Borrillo is a physician and attorney with extensive experience in medical and legal fields. He has a keen interest in wellness and aesthetic medicine and serves as a Senior Medical Physician for Norwegian Cruise Lines.
Borrillo is a 1994 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, and a 1986 graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. He is a 1990 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. He interned at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, IL, and completed residency at Wright State University, Dayton, OH.
Borrillo is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and has a master of science degree in immunology from Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY, as well as a master of science degree in aerospace medicine, from Wright State University, Dayton, OH.
After his medical residency, he practiced as a flight surgeon with the United States Air Force from 1996 through 2001, and he was assigned to the Special Operations Command in Europe and Africa. Borrillo was honorably discharged as a major after nine years of military service and was a visiting scholar at Cambridge University, England, from 1998 -1999, while serving at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England.
He serves as assistant general counsel and director of medical legal affairs at the Institute of Law and Justice, Bryan Texas, and is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and multiple states. Borrillo is actively involved in community service, teaching medical students at the University of Toledo Medical Center and is on staff with the University of Michigan, Sparrow Hospital.
Jillian Bolt is a licensed advanced esthetician with over twelve years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. She is passionate about results-driven skincare and believes that healthy skin begins with education, consistency, and personalized care. At JLUXE Aesthetics, Jillian is known for creating elevated treatment experiences that blend relaxation with visible, lasting results.
A graduate of the Aveda Institute, Jillian has built a diverse and impressive career. She previously served as a lead director and educator at La Barbaria, where she mentored estheticians and prepared them for their board examinations. She also performed luxury facials at Walden Resort, delivering customized, high-end skincare services to clients seeking both refinement and results.
Jillian specializes in gua sha, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. With a strong background in esthetics education, she takes a thoughtful and individualized approach to every client, carefully tailoring each service to specific skin concerns and goals. Having personally navigated the challenges of unpredictable skin, she brings empathy, expertise, and ongoing support to every skincare journey.
Her professional background extends beyond the treatment room. Jillian is a published author of two books, a certified yoga instructor at our partner studio Elements Fitness, and a certified makeup artist. She is also an accomplished nail artist and previously owned and curated her own hair care line, which will soon be available to shop at JLUXE.
Through her dedication to education, elevated care, and meaningful client relationships, Jillian remains committed to helping every client feel confident, radiant, and truly at home in their skin.
