About JLUXE

JLUXE Aesthetics & Wellness is a growing aesthetics and wellness practice focused on providing personalized, high-quality care in an elevated and welcoming environment. Our services combine aesthetic medicine, skin health, body treatments, and wellness to help patients look and feel their best.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Aesthetic Nurse Injector who is excited not only to provide exceptional treatments, but also to become an integral part of the continued growth of JLUXE.

This is a growing position. The ideal candidate understands that building a successful aesthetic practice requires more than treating patients already on the schedule. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about developing relationships, building their own book of business, educating patients, participating in marketing efforts, and supporting the practice wherever needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, preferably with an established injectable patient base or demonstrated history of patient retention and growth.
  • Active and unrestricted Ohio nursing license appropriate for the position and scope of practice.
  • Formal training and hands-on experience with neuromodulators, including Botox and/or Dysport.
  • Formal training and experience with dermal fillers.
  • Strong facial assessment skills and understanding of facial anatomy.
  • Experience with or willingness to become proficient in additional JLUXE services and technologies.
  • Excellent consultation, communication, documentation, and patient education skills.
  • A strong understanding of patient safety, appropriate treatment selection, complication recognition, and escalation protocols.
  • Professional appearance and communication consistent with the JLUXE brand.

Preferred Experience

Additional experience or training in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Botox/Dysport and advanced neuromodulator techniques
  • Dermal fillers
  • Sculptra/biostimulatory treatments
  • Morpheus8 RF microneedling
  • Lumecca IPL and other energy-based aesthetic treatments
  • Skin rejuvenation and combination treatment planning
  • Medical weight management
  • BHRT/hormone optimization and associated wellness services
  • Patient consultations and development of comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans

Candidates do not need to be experts in every JLUXE service. However, they must be interested in continued education and willing to cross-train in services that complement their role and the needs of the practice.

Primary Responsibilities Aesthetic & Clinical Care

Provide safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments within the candidate’s education, training, licensure, and JLUXE clinical protocols.

Responsibilities may include patient consultations, facial assessments, treatment planning, neuromodulator injections, dermal filler treatments, Morpheus8, and other aesthetic or wellness services for which the provider is appropriately trained and credentialed.

The injector will also be responsible for accurate documentation, before-and-after photography, appropriate follow-up, patient education, and maintaining excellent continuity of care.

Build & Maintain a Book of Business

This position requires an individual who is motivated to actively build their schedule rather than simply wait for appointments to be assigned.

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will be expected to:

  • Develop strong, long-term patient relationships.
  • Educate patients about appropriate JLUXE services.
  • Rebook and appropriately follow up with existing patients.
  • Generate referrals through an exceptional patient experience.
  • Participate in patient acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Build community relationships and identify opportunities to introduce new patients to JLUXE.
  • Help convert consultations and inquiries into long-term JLUXE patients.
  • Develop a loyal and sustainable personal book of business within the practice.

Administrative & Marketing Expectations

Because this is a growth position, scheduled hours may not initially be filled entirely with patient appointments.

When the injector is not actively treating patients, open time is considered working time and should be used productively to support practice growth and operations.

Responsibilities during open schedule time may include:

  • Patient follow-up and rebooking
  • Contacting appropriate leads or prospective patients
  • Creating educational social media content
  • Participating in videos, treatment demonstrations, and JLUXE marketing
  • Developing aesthetic educational materials
  • Supporting promotions and events
  • Community outreach and relationship building
  • Assisting with patient acquisition initiatives
  • Maintaining treatment rooms and clinical supplies
  • Inventory-related responsibilities
  • Reviewing patient charts and upcoming treatment plans
  • Administrative projects
  • Supporting other areas of the practice as reasonably needed

We are looking for someone who sees open time as an opportunity to help build their schedule and the JLUXE brand.

The Ideal JLUXE Candidate

The right person for this role is self-motivated, personable, professional, flexible, and growth-oriented.

They should be comfortable working in a smaller, growing practice where team members contribute beyond a narrowly defined set of duties.

We want someone who thinks:

“How can I grow my patients, improve their experience, and help the practice succeed?”

rather than waiting for a full schedule to be provided to them.

The candidate should also be:

  • Confident without being overly sales-focused
  • Comfortable educating and recommending treatments
  • Able to work independently
  • Collaborative with the JLUXE team
  • Reliable and accountable
  • Receptive to feedback and continued training
  • Comfortable appearing in educational/marketing content
  • Interested in staying current with aesthetic techniques and industry developments
  • Excited about growing alongside the practice

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, training, clinical skill set, certifications, current patient following, and ability to generate and retain business.

The compensation structure may evolve as the injector’s patient volume and revenue grow, creating greater earning potential for a provider who successfully develops a strong book of business.

This position is ideal for an experienced injector who wants the opportunity to grow within JLUXE rather than simply fill a predetermined clinical schedule.

As the injector’s patient base expands, there is potential for increased clinical hours, responsibilities, compensation, and long-term opportunities within the practice.

What Success Looks Like at JLUXE

A successful Aesthetic Nurse Injector at JLUXE will:

Deliver exceptional treatments. Build trusting patient relationships. Retain and rebook patients. Generate new business. Participate in marketing. Remain productive during non-clinical time. Support the team. And actively contribute to the continued growth of JLUXE.
